Job Summary:
The Regional Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing operations of a fully automated warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day operations, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.
• Optimizing automation technologies and collaborating with IT for performance improvements.
• Coordinating with supply chain teams to align operations with business needs.
• Leading a team of warehouse supervisors and engineers while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Monitoring KPIs and driving cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:
Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 710 years of warehouse management experience, with 35 years in automated settings.
• Strong technical expertise with WMS, ERP, and automation technology.
• Leadership skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment & Travel:
This position is primarily based in our regional automated warehouse facility, with some travel required.
