We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to manage reservations and enhance guest experiences at our properties in Jeddah.Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings and customer service inquiries.
  • Coordinate operational processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enhance guest experience through effective marketing.
  • Analyze performance and develop strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or reservations, preferably in hospitality or real estate.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
  • Organized personality with efficient multitasking abilities.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day in shifts (morning, evening, night).
Location: Al-Mohamadiya, Jeddah.
