  • Develop and implement quality improvement strategies and ensure compliance with required standards.
  • Oversee inspections and audits to maintain high-quality services and products.
  • Establish and enforce quality policies and procedures effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints and work on enhancing customer experience.
  • Train and guide teams on quality standards and performance improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in quality management, preferably in hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and standards (*, ISO 9001, HACCP).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
