We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage and oversee our employee attendance monitoring systems and related HR processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing procedures for monitoring employee attendance and leave.
- Applying policies related to annual, sick, and emergency leave.
- Handling employee inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Updating employee information and documentation.
- Preparing reports and recommendations regarding HR operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR functions.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Executive Secretarial.
- Preferred certifications include CCNA, CIPD, HR Management Certificate, and Train the Trainer Certificate.
