We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage and oversee our employee attendance monitoring systems and related HR processes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and managing procedures for monitoring employee attendance and leave.
  • Applying policies related to annual, sick, and emergency leave.
  • Handling employee inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Updating employee information and documentation.
  • Preparing reports and recommendations regarding HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR functions.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Executive Secretarial.
  • Preferred certifications include CCNA, CIPD, HR Management Certificate, and Train the Trainer Certificate.
